Brand new bluetooth headphones keep disconnecting from PC

Mario G

I got new Audio technica 🔵🦷 headphones and I got some Hama $9 Bluetooth dongle, for the bluetooth. And the problem is from time to time The headphones would disconnect for 5 seconds and automatically reconnect. Do you think it might be, because I cheaped out on the Dongle and I should geat a good Asus one, or is it from the Headphones, or maybe the PC ?

Is this on a laptop or a desktop I haven't seen a laptop in a good minute without Bluetooth capabilities so I am going to assume desktop. If this is the case, I would recommended getting a network adapter with Bluetooth functionality. Something like shown below should work.

Oh I'm considering buying that same one, how are you liking it so far?

Also does it have the same issue with your other devices like your mobile? It definitely could be your adapter, try keeping your device manager open and monitor if the adapter also looses connectivity with your system when the headphone does, if it does there is your problem. I had similar issues with a generic ali Express dongle in the past
