I've been meaning to swap my cooler out that I'm currently using for my 5900x, and wanted recommendations for the quietest cooler I could potentially get my hands on?

You need to provide far more information than you have.

  • Do you want air or liquid?
  • What case do you have?
  • What are the sizes of cooler it supports?
  • What's your budget?
  • What kind of loads does the CPU see?

I run a Scythe Mugen 5 on mine. No complaints. Only loud if you run it wide open, and not even that loud then.

I use the Noctua D15 with my 5900x and i can't even hear it.  On top of that it idles at 33* and under full load in benchmarks doesn't get above 78* no matter how long i stress test it.
