XPS 15 4k or OLED Version?

I'm getting a new laptop for college so I ordered the XPS 15 3.5k OLED version. I was watching some videos and I heard some complaints about the OLED screen compared to the 4k version. I'm not really worried about burn in as I think it is overhyped but wanted to see what yall thought. Should I cancel my 3.5k OLED order and buy the 4k version or just stick with the 3.5k OLED that I already have ordered?

Why would you get a 4k monitor on such a small screen? Pointless IMO.

The intent is an insanely sharp image. I have an XPS 13 from 2017ish with a 3200x1800 display and its out of this world sharp and a joy to use because of it.

That's why.

I have a 13" HP Envy with a 4K touch display. I did not care about or want a 4K touch display. A standard matte 1080p would have been fine, but after using that 4K display for the last few years, I understand why it's there. I can go back anytime I want. Really.

Because Dell skips 2560x1600~.
1920x1200 is not enough to not see ANY pixels/structures anymore. Even on 14", Full HD is not enough for that. I have a Thinkpad T14 and Macbook Retina Display side by side. You can see the difference in normal usage.

I think it's absolutely Valid to expect more Sharpness than Full HD can offer at this Pricepoint, since you can actually See the difference.
