Windows 11 stuttering on first boot.

Hi, i just build a new pc with all new part exept m.2 ssd, I install windows 11 and, after updating everyting, my pc wont boot proprely on the first time. I need to restart right away or i get some heavy stutter and its unusable. I reinstal windows multiple time and its the same thing. tanks

 

pc part:

       amd r5600x

      rx6700xt

     asus rog strix b550-i gaming

      32 gb kit team t force vulcanz

       intel ssd m.2
