XFX Speedster SWFT 210 Radeon RX 6600 XT fan control all messed up.

Hello I recently put my old RX 580 ARMOR 4G OC that is a little broken in my pc to see what happened to the gpu but I could not figure out how it broke so I just put my current gpu a XFX Speedster SWFT 210 AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT and now my fan control is all messed up, there is no zero rpm option and the fan tuning is all messed up and weird.

Could be a limitation of the software? I don't recognize the program.
