do i enable Qos in the netgear genie website

should i use qos when there is only 1 device connected to the internet which is my pc that i am on rn will it lower ping? will it speed up the internet? will it give a higher result when doing a speed test?

Your ping is fine. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
