Weird virus I've been infected by

Can anyone identify what this virus is, I believe it's a MBR virus but could be wrong as I've never seen this virus before, basically one of my boot options has been renamed to "Fingers Crossed" and since having this virus my laptop speed as dropped significantly.

 

Somebody in the Pcmr group suggested it to be a Uefi virus however I'm not sure an wouldn't know the steps to remove this type of thing. Do I just poor petrol on the laptop and set it on fire at this stage?

Try malwarebytes and see if that helps find a virus.

That doesn't find it already tried. 

Fresh reinstalls new hard drives ect ect no fix still

No not yet, I downloaded a Bios update from dell but I guess I just need to reset bios?
