Depends on use case.
ML cluster that needs five 9s of availability and requires certain performance targets - No.

Running CS 1.6. Yes.

Should be able to hold a steady 60 FPS on Minecraft, if that's what you're asking.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
