DTS 7.1 (Playstation 5 + Sony TV + AV7703)

Plermpel

Hello guys,

I recently ran into a problem.
I bought a 4K BluRay with 7.1 DTS Audio and played it back on my PS5.
The thing is, my Marantz shows, it only gets a 5.1 Input.
The Setup does Dolby Atmos without Problems.
Do I need eARC for DTS 7.1?

if its not "auto" switching then you have to do it manually. like on my denon if its not using the right format i have to do it. look for sound mode on your remote and switch it there

It does automatically switch to DTS:X Neural X, but only gets 5.1 input.

The Playstation is set to DTS and the Sony X900H is set to auto passthrough.
