Hard disk sentinel shows 100% but WD dashboard and crystal disk info shows 82% health.

In Sentinel, it looks to me like you have your 1TB HDD selected. In the left pane, it shows your 120GB drive as 82% health.

 

As others said though, that's fine. The NAND wears out over time, but it looks fairly normal.

I used this SSD as a main drive for the last almost 3 years. From the reading of crystal disk info is it good to go, or should I RMA it?

If you're not experiencing any issues, then it's fine. Seems normal for a three year old SSD.

My warranty period for the ssd is nearing end pretty soon. So, I am a little worried about the drive.

I checked with a few free tools such as Crystal disk info, Western Digital Dashboard and Hard disk Sentinel

NAND wears out, that is expected behavior… not something you can or should RMA over. 
 

As long as it isn’t throwing any SMART errors, which it doesn’t look to be doing, it’s working normally.

Why would they approve an RMA for a working drive?

well when I called the retailer and explained my scenario* they asked about the health percentage of the drive I said 82, In reply to that they said it's really low bring it to us and we will send it to for warranty replacement.

 

*My windows used to crash every now and then, But now it appears that maybe this happens because of the faulty files such as MS office and adobe softwares filled with viruses I downloaded from my FTP and local servers.

Haha 82% left is really low?????????

 

Well good for you I guess. New drive is always nice, but really, keeping at the rate you are currently at, you have almost 30,000 hours of life left on it.

So, from the reading and details from the screenshots, and as every one else mentioned there isn't any problem for the drive as of now right?

You used 18% in 3 years. That means your drive can be expected (from a flash wear point of view) to work for 15 years. What more do you want?

 

It's normal wear, not a factory/manufacturing defect which a warranty is about.
