O11DXL Issue

So earlier in this year I decided to a build a PC, long story short the SATA power got shorted and broke my O11DXL light strip only 2 LEDs “function” on a solid blueish color. I was wondering if these might be replaceable or repairable to any amount, it bothers me quite a bit.
