Neither.

Quadro won't have drivers "optimized" for gaming,  and it's old (launched in 2014) ... but should have 2 or 4 GB of memory and GDDR5 / 128 bit.

Problem is you're gonna have hard time with drivers, various bugs due to it being a "workstation card"  but it will be faster than GT 1030.

GT 1030 is shit, and depending on model could be less shit or more shit, but at least it's newer and still supported by current drivers.

It's only 64 bit memory bus, and there's versions with GDDR5 and DDR4 memory - the DDR4 memory versions should be avoided (5-10% less performance compared to GDDR5 versions)

Relative performance

RX 550: 83%  K2200: 100%

GT 1030 : 100%   RX 550 : 126 %

So basically GT 1030 is much slower than RX 550 , which is  slower than a K2200  but worth noting this relative performance assumes playing at 1080p where cards with 4 GB VRAM have advantage, and the GT 1030 only has 2 GB of ram. The performance difference will decrease a bit if you play games that use 2 GB of ram or less, or you play at lower resolutions like 720p.

The performance of K2200 is not significant higher than RX 550 to be worth buying the K2200, the driver issue and old generation of nvidia is a problem. I'd rather put my money on newer generation Polaris cards from amd (rx 460 , rx 550, rx 560 etc) which are also used in game consoles so games will be optimized for them and will be supported in the future. Or alternatives from nVidia.

Look for something better... but if you're stuck with them, go with k2200 I guess, especially if it has 4 GB of ram on it.

Both are bad like in "sh#tbad" for gaming...

You need at least a 1060 or RX570, both are like x3 more powerful than a 1030 (and have enough VRAM to play)
