2 quick questions.
Do you need PCIE Gen4 for the SSD?
What CPU cooler are you using on your current setup and would you be willing to transfer it to your new system if it's compatible?

Hum i'm not very sure for the PCIE 4.0 if it doesn't change that much i'm not sure i need it. But if I can have it, why not

And for the CPU cooler i don't know. My pc is a modified desktop pc so i'm not very sure what is in it but i don't thinks it will work for my new build.

I kept the cpu and cpu cooler in place, because I would very much recommend both of those. However, you can get a better motherboard for the case, and I also upgraded the case to the 500DX version. I think you'll like the look of it more, and it should be easier to build in than the regular 500 model.

3600MHz CL18 RAM is about the same as 3200Mhz CL16 RAM, and newer cpu's (like AMD's Ryzen) prefer lower latency RAM. I changed the m.2 nvme ssd for a much cheaper one. I also went with a more recommended HDD, but you can keep the other wd blue one if you like. Both are the same speeds, but the Seagate one is more recommended (and a little cheaper). I also went a 650W 80+ Gold psu, and a 27" 165hz monitor. It's smaller than the original monitor you listed, but I think you will appreciate the increase in in-game FPS and browsing speeds more.

And for the CPU cooler i don't know. My pc is a modified desktop pc so i'm not very sure what is in it but i don't thinks it will work for my new build.

So this is what I came up with. You'll have to wait a bit due to GPU availability seemingly being much more scarce in France compared to the rest of the world. Since unless you want to be paying the same price EVGA is selling their 3070s to consumers for a 3060 Ti it's better to wait. Hence why it's also over budget mainly due to the monitor. Since you'd likely be able to save up the €300 while waiting for availability. I also downgraded from a PCIE Gen 4 SSD to a Gen 3(it's just slower but most things can't make use of that speed) but I was able to use that saved money to upgrade the 2TB HDD to a 4TB and a small motherboard upgrade to ATX for expanded upgradability. I went with 3200 CL16 since though it is slower the timings are tighter and those will make them perform very similar to your 3600 CL18 kit but for less. Finally for the monitor I downgraded it to 1080P UW but you get 2 things in return 1. It's 144 HZ vs 100 and 2. Instead of a VA Panel you get IPS which IMO since you're going to be doing video and photo editing is more important due to the better color accuracy of the panel.
P.S. Your PC Part Picker list didn't include the cost of your 3060 Ti which would of put you over budget as well

Hi Thanks a lot
I have few questions.

Is the motherboard really better than the first one i picked ? Because i buy my stuff on a swiss website and the Aorus is way more expensive than the Asus one.
Same for the power supply. The Corsair is more expensive than the be quiet! and i don't really see the difference.

You can probably find a 12700F+B660 just below 500 Euros from what I was able to find in Swiss, German and Italian sites, in France it's a bit more expensive. But for the extra 70 or so Euros you're getting a CPU that is over 15% faster in ST tasks, 30%+ faster in MT tasks, and also a bit faster in games and probably Blender viewport.

i will buy parts on https://www.steg-electronics.ch/fr/ or on https://www.digitec.ch/fr
Because if i buy on none swiss website i need to pay taxes for shipping

And in Pcpartpicker i put France because there was not switzerland available haha

I would get this over the 5700X:

Steg - i7 12700 - 319.–

Digitec - MSI PRO B660M-A DDR4 - 158.–

The board is a bit overpriced, but the CPU is cheaper than normal, there are some other decent motherboards with similar pricing, like the ASUS TUF GAMING boards, the variant with Wifi of the MSI board above, the Gigabyte Gaming X(I'm not 100% sure on how good the VRM on this one is, but I believe it should be good enough), so you can choose based on the features you want/need.

For the cooler I would go with the Scythe Fuma 2 over the bequiet Dark Rock 4, so it can stay quieter under load.

And for the PSU I would look into something like the Enermax Revolution D.F. - 650W or maybe a Bitfenix Formula Gold - 750W or similar, as better quality alternatives to the System Power 9.

Did you consider an Intel build? I see that Steg currently has the i7-12700 on sale for €319.

The psu should be fine (80+ Gold would be better though, for efficiency and better future compatibility), but for the motherboard I would check compatibility with the case. You may need an adapter, because ASUS usually doesn't design their motherboards with enough headers for the front of the case. Usually with ASUS motherboards, you're either limited on the case selection, or you'll end up needing adapters left and right (or even missing out on features entirely). See if you can get a MSI B550 Tomahawk or B550 Gaming PLUS motherboard for a good price. They usually have plenty of usb headers, and are highly rated (the tomahawk more than the gaming plus though).

3D cpu rendering performance is greatly affected by the number of cores available. Given the same number of cores, a cpu with the highest IPC will have higher performance. An i7-12700 has 8 performance cores, the same as a 5700X, and 4 efficiency cores. The i7 also has a higher boost clock along with a higher IPC.

Keep in mind that most prebuilt systems available today we're designed a year or more ago. Alder Lake cpu were not available at the time.

If you check various Blender rendering benchmarks you should see that for the most part the new Intel cpu have better performance than similarly priced AMD models.

The case is ATX so the mATX motherboard will look small. It also doesn't have a USB-C front panel port. You might consider one of the slightly more expensive Prodigy M 2022 models.
