"Micro" (full) Win10 Tablets for Data Gathering?

Hi
Does anyone know a (Chinese) "Micro" Tablet who run a full Win10 Version for various thinks to do like run an good old Software who are never was intend to run on an Mobile Device.
For example there are Software who allow me to send Data via a CB Radio (who is total legal here). Or Data Gathering....

why don't you just use a laptop?

I even got an Rugged Laptop but all that are very bulky and get them in and out of my Backback is a pain even since the are often Fully packt with Filming Equipment. So a small device who I can put in my Coat, Pocket,... and have USB to communicate with external Devices like a USB Dongle would be nice.

I would use an android tablet for those scenarios
