I already check and change Every cable hdmi power cords plugs, power supply, try several driver versions ,other monitor ,even installing gpu on another pc still with this bug

What if you just adjust the color settings in Nvidia Control Pannel until the colors are right again?

You have "night light" or another low blue light mode enabled?

Night light, Dark mode, light mode,Emo mode, Nvidia color Settings, all Check still Yellow , but if i unistall driver goes back to normal Colors

that looks like your display is bad, have you tried another display?

Try using DDU to remove all traces of your previous display drivers. Run in it safe mode for the best results.

There are accessibility options in Windows that could have something to do with this. Settings ----> Ease of Access -----> Color Filters
