Internet Icon disappeared and cannot get internet

So my girlfriend woke up this morning and tried to get on her computer and the following happened to her, we are looking for any help we can get as we have tried a lot to fix it. 

Hiya, I'm having some tech issues and I figured I'd ask here. This morning I woke up and went to get on my PC but the Internet icon disappeared and everytime I tried opening network settings it would close immediately after. I have tried resetting network. I have also reboot my PC in Safe Mode with Internet but it still couldn't connect so it's a Windows 10 thing not my PC itself. I've also tried everything in the video below except using a second PC to redownload the internet drivers (I'm going to try that when I get home tonight). Any other ideas? Edit: I tried reinstalling the Internet driver, nothing happened ;-;
