Recommendations for 27" 1440P (144Hz) monitor please

Hi all,

 

For context, my current monitor is about 3 years old and is suddenly flickering, almost like film grain.

 

Tried using a different port on the GPU, didn't work.
Tried using a different wire, didn't work.

Tried using a different source (plugged in my iPad and another laptop), didn't work.

 

Thus, I'm in the market for a brand new monitor that I will be using as a main gaming monitor, thus im looking for a 144Hz (or above) monitor.

 

Location : Singapore

 

Requirements:

 

1. High refresh rate

2. 1440P (do not want 4K)

3. 27" size

4. VESA compatible as I am using monitor arms

 

Budget : 500SGD (~360USD)
