Only in the last month.
I have a 10gbe connection between a windows 10 and Ubuntu Server.
Both machines are also connected to a pfsense router and separate public Wifi (I live in a traveler trailer for work)

So yes 3 networks.

This has to be a easily identified error or setting issue.

Please help

As @shoutingstevementioned... What is your actual question? Where are you seeing what reported?

Include as much information as possible, alongside screenshots if necessary.

It is supposed to be a 10gbe connection.

What is the common problem that would report that 412.3?

Again, where is this reported?  Because conventional wisdom would suggest that is impossible.

Wired speeds are reported in round numbers.  Its only WiFi where you might see somewhat odd link rates.

Quite strange, considering that wired connections normally would negotiate standardized link rates. (10/100/1000mbit) Can you take a screenshot?

I've got this on my setup too, Windows 11 reports my 10G link as 1410 Gbps or Mbps (I can't check right now) but it's fully operational at 10Gbps so it's just a shitty Windows GUI bug 🙂
