Hi.

I am planing build for my girlfriend so number one priority is stability.

Computer will be used for basic daily stuff and some lite gaming on 1080p screen.

And we are on tight budget around 400€ I am giving my GTX 560ti and my cpu (2500K).

I am changing to 3750K because my 2500K only works at stock speeds.

UPDATED

CPU - I5-2500K (my old)

GPU - GTX 560ti (my old)

MB - Giga Byte GA-B75N ( 72€ )

RAM - A-Data XPG Gaming 8GB Dual channel  ( 69€ )

PSU - Corsair CX430M ( 50€ )

Storage - Seagate Barracuda 500Gb  ( 50€ )

SSD - Kingston SSDNow V300, 60GB ( 53€ )

Network - Asus PCE-N15 Wireless PCI-E card ( 20€ ) Because cable not available at her's place.

Case - Fractal Design Core 1000  ( 41€ )

Cheapest optical drive ( 17€ )

Total - 372

So what are your thoughts about this build? Is it optimal or I need change something?

So,
8gb of ram
Small nice not gamer looking case, something "pretty"

Cx430m will be fine, i've got 660ti running with a cx430 and it's fine.

SSD + HDD would be better.

i wouldnt go ssd unless its like 250gb for people who are not that tech savvy. Simply because they'll just cramp everything on C (ssd) and 64gb are not enough for that.

I had this problem with my parents but once I changed the default download folder on chrome and the libraries in windows explorer it was fine

I would agree with this. People just have a tendency of clicking next on installations and it installs on drive C by default.

You can maybe explain it to her where to install stuff.

Hmm... well, I still think you need a 120GB SSD, not 60GB. I only install Win 7 and 1 game on my SSD but it already took up 90GB, I think win 8 took less space but it's still better to have a little room to breath

1TB HDD should not be that much more expensive than a 500GB, try looking into it.

Also see if there's any mobo that have build in Wifi, it should be cheaper than buying 2 seperately, but I might be wrong on this
