if you have multiple monitors and you are playing a game will it switch if you move your mouse too far and click?

If you have the game open in borderless window mode then yes. If you play the game in exclusive full screen then no.

Some games have the option to constrain the mouse to the game, even when in windowed mode; at least as long as the game window is active.  If you windows key to the desktop, it won't be constrained.
