my ram usage is at 100 procent help?

my ram usage is at 100 procent  when running basically nothing and dont know what it is

true but it keeps happening after 4 a 8 ish hours for a while now i even got new ram installed

As @RONOTHAN## said, might be a virus, might be a memory leak in a driver or similar. I'd try scanning the system for malware.

I'd probably start running a virus scanner, or better yet just reinstall Windows. Either you've got some very weird virus, or one of the programs you have installed is very broken and those are very hard to diagnose.

Memory leak means a program or driver is using more and more RAM due to a bug. You can identify it by observing RAM usage over time in the hope of discovering the culprit. You can't fix it, you can only report it to the developers and/or hope they fix it in a future update (or uninstall the offending program)

You don't. You accept that its a lost cause, likely by system corruption or dodgy application/utility/drive, and wipe it.

Fresh install of windows, and download drivers/utilities/applications one at a time to test. 

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

Did you wipe the drive and install fresh or use the Reset option in Windows?
