Does the Logitech g powerplay works on phones?

So I recently bought a pro x superlight, and I kind of thinking if the powerplay is actually good or just gimmicky? I also read opposing reviews whether or not it works on phones that has wireless charging capabilities. So for those who has it, does it also charge your phones and smart watches?

It does not. Powerplay is a proprietary standard, and doesn't work with Qi-based devices.

I use it and do really like it, mostly because I can't be asked to charge my G502 Lightspeed ever. It's not really worth the price they ask for it, but if you've already got a top of the line setup it is a nice to have and one less thing to worry about.

 

Doesn't charge phones and stuff though, not that you'd want it to anyway since it outputs so little power
