aoc g2460pqu not running at 144hz

TurboViggen

Hello so I have 2 144hz monitors one is a BENQ xl2420z and the otherone is AOC g2460pqu. I am ruinning my BENQ monitor on a dvi cable and it is running smooth with 144hz, I am running my AOC monitor with a displayport and it is set to 144hz on nvidia control panel and on windows 10 advanced display settings. However I can clearly see that the monitor is running at 60hz. I have another monitor at 60hz via hdmi and they are exactly the same, all monitors are next to each other and I can see clear difference between my BENQ (144hz working) monitor and my AOC (144hz displaying 60hz) and no difference between my AOC (144hz displaying 60hz) and my standar 60hz monitor. What could be the cause of this?

Try a different cable or a different display input

Failure is part of success. I may make mistakes, that's how we all learn.

From the manual, so you need an active DisplayPort to Dual Link DVI adapter.
