NZXT KRAKEN X62 light doesn't work after upgrade win 11

just short story:
accidentally upgrade win 11 then boom, my cooler light doesn't working right away after an upgrade.
Checked it out @ NZXT CAM app, it is connected but when I changed the color, still no light.

I've tried this but none is working

Any ideas?

u can try to poweroff, disconnect, reconnect then power on

I have the same error. Is there an update?
