Boys, is 80ºC good for cpu??

In6xity

It is not, under those circumstances.

What does Task Manager say?

I edit my posts more often than not

task manager says that it is only at 20% of use, but i have a self pc care program wich gave me an alert of high temperatures and i went to see how the cpu was and it was at 80ºc - 90ºc. Now is more relaxed but still at 75ºc

It's fine under full load but absolutely not at 20% use, regardless of what your CPU is at that point.
But yes, as another poster also said, what is this self care program?

I would honestly suggest removing this

i dont use it as a game booster, because it is trash, it kept crashing my game everytime i tried to play it, i only use it to see the temperature of the components and the % of usage

Use something like HWiNFO for that. Get rid of this thing.

You probably have like zero cpu cooling paste on there if you have never opened that old of a system. A simple reapplication should do the trick.

Its not that hard.
All you have to do is remove the cpu cooler.
Remove the old thermal paste.
Apply new thermal paste
Remount the cooler and then your done.

You're thinking it is a very difficult thing to do when it really isnt.

Look, people are giving you suggestions, and you're not even willing to try them. Not sure what you expect here.

Even in a situation where the paste has dried out, 80 on idle is honestly still not right.
But that's still worth a try never the less at this point.
