Personally don't recommend buying a Coolermaster cooler for an Alder Lake build at this time. It'll work just fine provided you get the upgrade kit (I use one too) but in case you don't get it included in the package, it can be a royal pain to get one separately from Coolermaster. Their support is horrid and the upgrade kits tend to go out of stock frequently in their online shop. (Bonus points in case you don't live in the US or Europe)

As far as I know it comes with the bracket kit included 😄

U12S is kind of a pointless cooler in my opinion. It is overpriced for what it is. For that price, get a Dark Rock Pro 4. If you can save up another $30, get a Noctua U12A or D15. They perform similarly but the D15 will be much quieter. The U12a is more aesthetically appealing and has better ram clearance.

Scythe Fuma 2 or Deepcool ak620. Costs the same as u12s but perform much better. Both have lga1700 kits available for about 5€.

@Nostalgia7

If in US (ordering from main Amazon site), Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120. At $42, costs less than Scythe Fuma 2 or Deepcool AK620, but performs the same. Also has LGA1700 kits available for similar price.

BeQuiet makes some really good and nice looking coolers. Especially if you're into black designs.
