Will 4k monitor display picture more details than a fhd monitor?

The resolution of photos is now more than 4k.  Viewing photos on a full HD monitor cannot be displayed pixel by pixel.

Depends on the display size. I personally dont see any reason at all to get 4K resolution display when getting anything smaller than 27 inches.

thanks.someone said lcd tv should have at least 384 dimming zone to display true hdr？under 384 is fake hdr.is that true？

Well it will. You see more finer detail and better pixel density.

As for HDR really OLED is the go to. There are few LCD monitors that can have good HDR but yeah still very expensive and not OLED though.

Not necessarily fake, just limited in some of the HDR functionality (shadows detail) - it just happened to be the hardest one to recreate without OLED, and the most beloved by videophile 

 

But in reality, there are 3 pillars of HDR, wild colour, local dimming, and high brigntness. Most screens (including OLED) tend to miss either one or two of those, I would call something a fake HDR only when they miss all or at least two of the above (and yes, it exist)
