I think im hacked

So my laptop is being hacked in real time they can move the cursor  im currently writing this on my phone so there was this file that popped out out of nowhere called profile. Tmp i thibk its the problem so what should i do?

Removing the laptops internet connection would be a good start

+1 this.  @christoplayz disconnect from the internet.  Re-install Windows.

 

Honestly, if they are dumb enough to blatantly move your cursor around and open files - they are probably inexperienced or trolling.  Either way, re-install.

Remove Internet using Airplane mode. Then, scan the laptop using MS Defender and do a long scan. Then do what Defender prompts you to do.

It's unlikely any sort of hack is moving your cursor (unless that is the objective of the hack), so I doubt that you're being hacked.

 

Most RAT Trojans have complete remote control abilities so it would be possible. Especially if it's just a script-kiddy playing around and not a professional.
