Installed W11 on new SSD and crashes once a day

Upgraded to a larger 2TB m.2 SSD and installed windows 11 on the drive. When booting I now get a windows screen before login that asks me to pick an install. Volume 11 or 13. I pick 13 and it boots into the new windows. I haven't tried volume 11 yet. I also noticed that the 2TB does not have a recovery partition or the EFI partition. PC crashed at 8:15 this morning and created 75 events in one minute. I had this crashing issue after upgrading the old SSD from w10 to w11. Each crash has a different BSOD code. The old drive is still plugged in so I can access some of the files I haven't migrated over yet. I'm not well versed in the event viewer so I was hoping someone here could suggest which event could be pointing to the culprit and we could dig further into the issue. I get these crashes every time I turn on the computer. Usually in the first minute or 2 but sometimes up to 20 minutes in (as in today while on a work call).

No BSOD crash dumps or anything?  How does the PC crash (does it reboots, or just shuts down completely or something else)?

Right. Dumps. Here it is? It goes to blue screen with different code each time then restarts

I haven't touched my RAM in years. But the bluescreens started immediately after upgrading to windows 11. I'll run a test after my call is done. (likely an hour. Love meetings)

I just got windows debug installed. Looks like the dmp thinks I was using W10? Could the new install be using the old drive's page partition?

It's normal, for backwards compatibility purposes the internal Windows NT version for 11 is actually 10

I'm backing up the old windows install and wiping that drive to see if that will help

You want to disconnect ALL other drives than the one you're going to install to when doing a fresh install, otherwise Windows will reuse the boot manager if one is found somewhere else.

Update: Fresh installed windows again onto 1 drive. Still got a BSOD when booting up today. Memory check came back with no errors. Any more suggestions?

Event viewer bugcheck code:  The bugcheck was: 0x0000004e (0x0000000000000002, 0x000000000036bb6f, 0x0000000000436fff, 0x0000000000000001). Report Id: 1060784d-df8d-46a0-a1a3-66cead47d8b7.

Code seems to translate to "PFN_LIST_CORRUPT"  I didn't catch a picture of the BSOD cause I used the QR code thinking it would open a MS page for the error. Just dropped me off at a general support page 🤬. Do the parameters above point to a driver or something?
