strange problems with my motherboard

Hello, I am having problems with my motherboard. I am assuming it is the Bios as when I reset the bios, the computer then starts functioning normally. After a bit of time has passed, issues start occurring on the computer itself, for example, poor loading and instability issues in terms of ethernet, but after when I reset the computer, it will black screen and will not boot again until I reset the bios sometimes it will show just a black screen with a line on the top and stay like that until I reset again afterwards it will not boot again until a bios reset has occurred.

I want to note that I do OC on the memory (XMP) and the CPU. The CPU just gets increased GHz to 3.7, and the memory receives an XMP of 3600. I also turn off cool and quiet mode in the bios. I am unsure of what is causing the issue, but I imagine it is one of my settings?

Enjoy this one bc I cannot think what it could be lol

Info:

CPU ryzen 1700

What do some of the WER logs say in details?

Have you thought about replacing the CMOS battery in the MB is old?

You have the newest stable BIOS, one that supports Ryzen 1000 series?

Have you tried memtest86 on a USB to check for RAM issues?

What happens if you clear CMOS and leave the XMP/CPU OC off?

I have already replaced the battery.

The newsest and most stable bios is installed which supports my CPU.

No i have not tried Memtest86 but I will and get back to you on the results.

If i clear the CMOS the computer funtions normally and no issues appear that i notice.

I will also add another post blew of the WER details
