Problems with my mic on a Audient ID4 interface

I recently got a at2035 microphone and an Audient ID4. The at2035 seems to work with other interfaces but not with my ID4 and I have also tried different mics with my ID4 but it always shows up in the audio mixer (The ID app) however it does not output any audio at least when I try to use it with Audacity and Discord. Also in the mixer the audio is very low but even when I turn it up the mic I can't hear anything. Also the desktop audio does appear work with the ID4 when I plug in headphones. Please help me get my AT2035 working. Thanks!

My Laptop: A MacBook Air 

My Desktop: Don’t have one 

My Phone: An Honor 8s (although I don’t recommend it)

My Favourite OS: Linux

My Console: A Regular PS4

My Tablet: A Huawei Mediapad m5
