Should I Upgrade My HDD To Bigger Size?

If you dont have a ssd yet go get yourself a ssd in that system you'll seriously notice the improvement.

 

If this is you asking which drive is beter. Well both are really old drives and slow are you getting these used somewhere? If these are the only ones then just get whichever it doesn't matter.

If you don't have enough space then yes. If you have enough space then no. But also why not get a new ssd?

SATA 2.5 SSD are not that much more expensive compared to HDD--at least below 2TB capacity.  1TB are below $100.
