How to check RAM speed?

Hello.I want to know is there any way to check ram speed?My friends ram currently is on 2133mhz.If i am correct without XMP ram speed is 2133mhz.So is there any way to check if his ram has higher speed without enabling XMP?

XMP is just a shortcut to run your rams at their advertised clock speeds. If you were to set your rams to run their advertised clocks and timings manually all that is different between using XMP or that is time being wasted setting it manually. CPU-Z and HWINFO can read your rams XMP profiles and also give you ram model no which you can also google to check what the ram specs are.
