Computer Turns off when not in use and idk why

Hello Everyone,

Hope all is well! In the last couple of days my computer has been randomly shutting off when I do not use it for over an hour or so or at night. None of my settings are telling it too as I have turned off windows updates, sleep mode, ect. I do not know why this is happening, it is not a hardware cause I live in a colder climate so I know nothing is overheating. If anyone knows of general places I should check cause I am new to this problem please let me know. I check event viewer but have no idea what I am looking at there. None of the programs I have should be causing the computer to randomly turn off when not in use. Last time it booted into bios and idk why it did that. Please let me know if yall know any general ideas as to why this is happening. Recently did memtest for RAM and had no errors

In Reliability History does it show an unexpected shutdown? Seems like Windows is just shutting down, but if it says it's an unexpected shutdown that's a problem.

Yes it says unexpected shut down, when my computer is on and everything, it is working fine. Any ideas as to what this might be?

Oh that def seems like a hardware thing.

First I'd recommend running sfc/scannow in elevated command prompt, restarting, then doing some stress tests.

I just ran the scan and got this message

Yup, now restart. Perhaps fixed but likely a hardware issue not Windows crash.

Thanks for your help btw, had no idea that history software even existed
