Samsung SSD 980 vs 970 Evo Plus vs SanDisk Extreme Pro NVMe

Which SSD shoould I get? I already own SN750 500GB, which I know is the same as Sandisk Extreme, but WD is being sketchy lately so I want to go with Samsung. They are all the same price, and I plan it to use it for boot drive, which SSD should I get? AFAIK 980 doesn't have a dram cache.
