OH GOD.

 

No, it's dead Jim. That's a soldered on heat spreader that you just ripped off. The actual CPU Die got destroyed. It might not have been dead before, but it's dead now. 

 

You don't "open" CPUs unless you're trying to do extreme overclocking and know what you're doing.

Thanks for the advice I’ll know not to open my cpu next time, would much rather sell as dead🤷‍♂️
