Oh man that sucks... pop an email to support@lttstore.com and they'll get you a new one, no problem.

Just get one from Amazon. Much better and cheaper. Nobody cares if you have a LTT water bottle or one from Amazon.

oh nice move, suggest that instead of someone replacing something that broke on something they wanted, they buy a diffrent thing from somewhere else.

Well I also like supporting what they have going on rather than supporting a random no name that I have just customer reviews backing it up and nothing else really.
