Oculus Quest 2 airlink not working (EXTREME TEARING AND FROZEN)

As the title says, I have managed to be able to connect airlink between my pc and my oculus Quest 2, but when I do, I get a frozen image of the screen you start on, and behind me is an upside down version of it. If I look all around, it literally looks like the fabric of time and space is tearing apart. Can't see my controllers, doesn't update when I move, nothing. Do I just not have good enough internet for it? Thanks.
