Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback Racing Wheel

Hello fellow PC enthusiasts! I recently pulled the old steering wheel and pedals out of the garage to do a little bit of online racing. I am having some trouble getting the force feedback to work. By some trouble I mean that I cannot get it to work at all. I have tried basic troubleshooting steps with no luck. I would appreciate any help or information on the topic. Thanks!!

Do you have the power supply connected? Drivers installed? A game that supports it?
