PC keeps restarting when gaming or inserting hard drive

I'm facing this issue from few days, whenever I start a game- the splashscreeen shows up and then my pc just restarts, no bsod , same thing also happens when i insert external hard drive into any usb slot.

what might be causing this issue?

 

what I have already tried:

1- reinstalled windows

2- reinstalled drivers

3- reset bios

4- completely reassemble whole rig after cleaning each part,also verified all cable and connections, only thing i didn't remove was cpu

 

my h/w-

cpu : r5-3600

mobo : gigabyte ab350 gaming 3

gpu : rx 580

memory : gskill trident z 8gbx2 3000 mhz

Does Event Viewer show any errors?

 

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

That seems likely to be a faulty PSU.

It's definitely worth trying a replacement.

everything works fine normally and sometimes I can even play games, but it most likely crashes on splashscreen or once the game loads, its still under warranty so I might be able to get a replacement for PSU
