LF Suggestions for Upgrading Rig

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Ultra/high graphics for most games i.e. MS Flight Sim, Witcher 3, Battlefield, Halo, etc. Side work for video editing.

Current (combined in 2016):

1. CPU Intel i5 4690K
2. CPU Cooler Corsair H100i
3. Motherboard  Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 5
4. Memory (2) 2x8GB GSkill Sniper  DDR3 1866
5. Storage Crucial 2TB NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD + Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB + WD10 HDD 1TB (yikes)
6. Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
7. Case: nzxt mid-tower pc case h440
8. Power Supply: Some older 750W
9. Display 2x Asus VG248QE 24" 144Hz

Looking to upgrade CPU, Mobo, GPU, Memory, Case (a couple recommendations), PSU, and 3rd monitor (new main display). Purchasing as soon as possible but may hold out on GPU due to prices. If CPU cooler needs replacement, that's fine but I'm not looking to do a full water cooling system. This would be my second build so novice level putting a PC together.
