Hello folks,
I got a problem i can't really understand the source of.
I've got a friend's pc that when i boot the first time gets stuck on the american megatrend screen with the message overclocking failed, then sometimes when i force turn it off via the power button just boots normally, but sometimes it doesn't and requires me to click the memOK button on the motherboard. (I will attach screenshots of the specs and pics of the open pc below).
Things i've tried already:Made sure no automatic overclocking was happening in the bios, Checked the bios and made sure it was up to date, cmos reset via button and removal of the coin cell, tried ram issues booting via only 1 stick at the time and different slots.

I will also uplod a short video of the lights flashing on the motherboard when the boot fails, checked manual and online but i can't seem to find the meaning.
I don't have a spare cpu or motherboard with the same old socket unfortunately.
Any help would be appriciated! Thanks!

Hhrrrmm... the CPU is a non-K, so there's no possible OC there.

Maybe the mobo thinks 1333 RAM is somehow overclocking?

Try manually lowering it to 1066 and cross your fingers?

Didn't try to lower the ram clock, will try that but this is really confusing.
I think it's a motherboard issue, but i would like to be certain before making him buy a new one, since you can only find refurbished ones.
