Overclocking takes time, both to do the overclocking and properly test it, as well as MUCH more time learning and understanding what exactly it is your doing and how to properly do it.

 

Every chip is different, no chip is the same. There are averages that can be applied to most chips as the quality of chips falls into a bell curve (most likely, as most things do), but where your specific chip falls on that curve is impossible to know until you start playing with core clocks to see how it does. I suggest doing a few hours of research on how to overclock a GPU and how to properly test for stability, and how to work at dialing in the best OC based on how your chip performs.

There's no direct answer, every chip is a little different
