I pre-ordered the game and the launch date is today. But I can't even start the game

 

Specs: 

ryzen 2400g stock

vega 11 igpu stock

2x8 GB DDR4 3200 MHz CL 16

windows 10

 

This is how the launcher looks like this, It only says "you pre-ordered this game" and I can't click on it

I restarted the launcher and I can now download all 3 games.
