Is my rtx 3090 malfunctioning

Hey guys,

 

Hope your doing well.

(YOUR OPINION IS HIGHLY VALUABLE FOR ME)

 

I know most of you have lot of knowledge regarding gpu's and pc stuffs. So I thought to share this post with all of you.

Will feel highly privileged if I can get valuable advise from anyone. 

 I have purchased rtx 3090 last year but after 7 or 8 months I have started observing abnormal activities on my display screen. Due to which I have to put it for RMA. After getting new piece, Today I have again observed  the same disturbance on my screen like reddish dots all over my display for a second . To remove the disturbance my screen blinked and again everything's come back to normal.

 

What should I suppose to do now...? I'm literary feeling disappointed and frustrated.

Have you tried another GPU outside of those 3090's?  It may be the monitor that's the issue and not the GPU.

Otherwise borrow another monitor and test with that. The one item you haven't tried another one of.

It may be the NanoCell.

My NanoCell 85 did not like my Strix 3080. I got interference moving the mouse sometimes. The 3080 is fine on a monitor and on an OLED.

No.

Just interference lines.

I now have a 3080 ti on the TV with no issues.

 

Drivers have caused it in the past but it has not been an issue for a very long time.
