Graphics card fucks up

My graphics card keeps in fucking itself up if i change anything in games while it's running that has to do with texture quality 

Tab in or out of a game

Change video output

Or close a game, it often just fucks up and i need to reset the PC for it to work again

So I see on your profile you say your 3060Ti is OC to 2.2 GHz. Does the blacking out happen when not overclocked?

You've got a few options at least.

Remove all the drivers with DDU and reinstall them. Remove any overclocks (get it back to stock configuration).

Yeah i tried with another one too, and i didn't fix that on my profile sorry, but yes it happens with the standard clockrate and everything

No. You use DDU to remove all drivers, then download the latest drivers from the website and install them.
