Timings are 16-18-18-36, good eye and a nice find. Looks like it hasn't hit that price since approximately a year ago?

 

On a side note, be sure to note this kit when looking for RGB RAM. Same 16-18-18-36 timings and it's stock picture doesn't do it much justice of what it looks like inside the PC so here's what they look like, I feel that they get overlooked by a lot of people...
