Weird LTT comment replies

Started noticing this about a week ago, where I would get replies to comments I made on LTT videos specifically. They are from channels named like random sex spam bots you would see around, but with actually somewhat on topic replies. This hasn't happened to me on any other channel and they seem to get deleted. They are actually saying relevant normal things about LTT so I'm wondering if it may just be people with troll channel names, or advanced bots. Its pretty irrelevant and obviously non problematic, but just really weird. I'm wondering if it has happened to anyone else and why it would be happening on LTT videos specifically (for me anyways).

It is not just LTT, spam targets a user not a channel or a video.

They're almost certainly copying other people's comments from the video.
