planning on changing my work laptop

so my org accepted to upgrade my laptop since its been more than 3 years and I'm searching for something with following specs under 1200$

i7 11th or Ryzen 7 5000 series,16 GB ram or more, 2 storage units (SSD+HDD, SSD+SSD), under 5 lb since some times i work from home, sturdy hinges ( I have a black past with hinges like envy x360, and acer swift), and lastly not Mac,

or should I wait a little until after 12th Gen intel are revealed ?
