Acer predator Helios 300

Keyboard not working....it happened after windows update

Seems like a driver issue

 

Can anyone suggest a solution?

im not that much into pc/laptop stuff but either something could have been unplugged from inside the laptop or its some other random thing

You can try installing the Serial IO Driver for your laptop through Acer website, a similar sight for your laptop is below, It should be your model, but confirm the model before proceeding
